Beautiful arrangements every time. Delivers more than expected . . . This time a box of chocolates included with the flowers. Timely delivery to our Hawaii Kai home and calls to get in the gate just before arriving. Used them many times of the years and haven’t been disappointed.

I discovered Tropical Florals Hawaii a few years ago and it’s been a pleasure to work with them ever since. Not living in Hawaii, it’s been important for me to find a quality florist that I can trust to deliver on time and provide a smile to my family members. William, the owner, does not disappoint providing beautiful flowers plus incredible service. My most recent order he happened to deliver and even sang “Happy Birthday” as a special touch when dropping off the flowers. You couldn’t ask for more.

William met all my expectations even cut some flowers from his person garden. Late notice on a Saturday rush order delivered in person. Thank you William your the best. The flower arrangement was spectacular. Definitely going to be calling back for my next flower purchase.

I called him on Sunday afternoon and he took the time and explained to me how to optimize his website annd order precisely what I wanted - which I did. I asked for a specific bouquet with some modifications, but trusted him to be the artist. Not only did he make the perfect arrangement, he went above and well beyond them. The cherry on this cake is that he had it ready for delivery before noon the next day. My spouse was exuberant when she received it, which she deserved to be. William always does the most amazingly beautiful arrangements!

Absolutely Beautiful. William is Fabulous. I live in NY, and from a distance he was able to provide me with beautiful flowers and arrangements. TWICE. Two years ago he made my floral Haku- I renewed my wedding vows on my 35th wedding anniversary.. he made a beautiful Haku to match my dress and made a lovely bouquet for our Hawaiian wedding. Now, sadly, he arranged this beautiful Hawaiian goodbye for my husband who "shockingly" and suddenly had a fatal heart attack while visiting the Big Island (we went back because we loved it so much) William made this beautiful arrangement and had it shipped very nicely and carefully packaged. We received it for his funeral in NY. My husband looked like Hawaiian Royalty. He also made a Meili Lei (the green one with the Ti leaves) worn for Honor and Respect. I highly recommend William. He gives an extra special personal touch. Mahalo.
